Your website is backed-up every night and stored on a separate server for 30 days.
We regularly check to ensure all WordPress core, plugins, and themes are kept up-to-date and secure.
We will update your website security settings and monitor and address any hacking attempts to keep your site as secure as possible.
We will generate a monthly analytics and search console report.
We will set up notifications to let us know if your site ever goes down so we can respond as quickly as possible to get your site back online.
At least once a year, we will perform a site speed audit and make updates to improve site speed and performance.
You will have 6-hrs per year of content updates and basic support requests. We will respond to and resolve all non-emergency content updates and support requests within a 1-week time frame.
